Welcome to my world, in here you are seen as perfect, and it’s my job to help you see that you are exactly where you need to be to start your journey to an unlimited life. Change can feel scary, or hard, or inspiring and exciting- the only difference is your thoughts about it. Through my training at The Life School, I’ve attained the skill and knowledge to help you gain the awareness you need to see why you are where you are now, and then apply the tools I teach you to start taking action towards the results you want.

 

A little bit about me- I’ve been passionate about self-help and inspiring others since my 20's. Throughout my life, I’ve been the person people came to when they needed some insight or inspiration. I’m an open book and will happily share stories of my own successes and challenges. I truly believe in the power of connection, and I’m so thrilled to connect with each of my clients. I’m high energy and full of positive energy, so be prepared to be cheered on in the most supportive way!

 

I’ve led an eclectic life- raised by overachieving doctors in a rich suburb, raised llamas and showed them all over the nation including winning a National Championship, produced 3-day raves, and owned a retail store that sold vinyl records and wide-leg pants long before the electronic music scene was well-known or even legal, became an ordained minister, got my yoga teacher certification, read hundreds of self-help and new age books, adopted my daughter from Russia,  became a brand ambassador for hundreds of brands, earned an MBA, traveled the world, ran multimillion-dollar event marketing campaigns for over 10 years in corporate marketing agencies, reiki healer, wrote a life coaching blog for multiple years, got into the best shape of my life after 40, ran 9 half-marathons, regularly volunteer, and now help others achieve their best life through coaching!
