Here we go! It’s only taken me 43 years to finally figure out what I’m best at…..life coaching. For the last 20 years I have tried my best to live as an example for others to follow. I’ve stumbled. I’ve made mistakes, that’s what life is all about- learning, growing, and expanding. Through it all, I’ve carried with me an expanded consciousness.
My first memorable profound thought was in 3rd grade. While walking to the library, I realized that time feels like it is speeding up each year because your consciousness expands as you grow. It seemed an odd thought at such a young age, but I made a note of it and moved on. I also realized I could heal myself with my thoughts as a teenager. If I hit my head, or bumped into something, I could quickly focus on the pain and make it disappear.
My journey into consciousness studies and metaphysics began in my college years. My mother had always been interested in it and was encouraging my brother who was struggling in his teen years to look into it, but I was the one that really ended up diving into it when I saw the books lying around. I went with some friends to a psychic fair and agreed to get a reading from an older lady that no one was visiting. She was an automatic writer – she would write down your question and then allow her hand to automatically write out the answer. Well what she told me was shocking to hear at the ripe old age of 19. I asked some general questions about my future, and she told me I would change the lives of hundreds of thousands of people. The hair on her arms stood up, and she started gushing with emotion that she felt so blessed to have met me. She said that I had no idea who I really was, and she was excited to be in my presence.
So yeah, that was a little weird to hear when I was just beginning my journey into metaphysics. I mean, I always felt like I was a little different from most people, and I knew I was very good at influencing others and making friends. So I jumped in and read as many books as I could covering everything from aliens, to angels, to world religions. I even took a certification course to become an interfaith minister. I attended Hay House seminars and trusted in myself to be a spiritual leader within the rave scene by publishing a small magazine called Stellar Awareness that I passed out by hand at parties. After those fun filled rave years I got tied up in raising a family and establishing a career, but I’m so ready to get back to what I love to do.
Throughout my life I’ve had people tell me that I changed their life with my words and energy. I always just assumed that it was no big deal. But after hearing it over and over for close to 20 years, I guess it finally sunk in. I like to find the best in everyone I meet or speak with. I like to form my opinion of people based on who they are now, and not their past. I like to ask questions that make people really think about who they are, what they value, and where they want to end up.
I’ll probably dive in and take an actual coaching coarse at some point, but until then I know I need to challenge myself and get uncomfortable by starting now. So if you are looking for some guidance in your life, looking to increase the happiness in your life, looking for someone to help you set goals and achieve them, or looking to reveal the true you, then maybe you drop me a little note and let me know how I might be able to help you.
I want a job that I love. I want to know that I spend my days making a difference in the world. So here I am- ready to help you change your life, and also change mine as well. Let’s raise the frequency and get magical together my fellow unicorns!
